See more waterfalls without traffic, parking, or timed-entry stress on the Historic Columbia River Highway. The Waterfall Trolley lets you explore the world-famous waterfall corridor at your own pace.

Ride our narrated open-air trolley for excellent views, unobstructed photo opportunities, and stories about the waterfalls, highway, and Columbia River Gorge. Hop on and off at designated stops to visit waterfalls, viewpoints, hiking trails, food, restrooms, and photo spots without moving your car.

Driving guests board at Corbett Grade School, 35800 E. Historic Columbia River Highway, Corbett, OR 97019. Look for the green Waterfall Trolley ticket booth in the parking lot. Free parking is available.

Guests arriving by scheduled bus from Portland may join at Multnomah Falls. Trolley loops begin at 9:00 a.m., with the last loop at 4:00 p.m. Enjoy the Historic Highway the easy way, with more time at the waterfalls and less time worrying about parking.

Our Green Waterfall Trolley Sales Booth and Free Parking is located in the Corbett Grade School Parking Lot. Do not take Evans Road to the athletic fields. Stay on the Columbia River Highway until you see the elementary school.

Itinerary

    Vista House 1 hour

    Crown Point offers beautiful vista views, including Vista House

  2. 2
    Bridal Veil Falls State Park 1 hour

    This trail is great for all ages and abilities. The viewing platform at the base of the falls provides a great photo spot. Another trail leads to unique Basalt formations and overlooks of the Columbia River.

    Latourell Falls 1 hour

    Stop 3: Latourell Falls Walk the trail to the base of 249-foot Latourell Falls or hike the loop trail to view upper Latourell Falls. This is one of the most outstanding trails of the Gorge.

    Stop 1 hour

    This state park and trail can provide a full day of hiking with access to the comprehensive USFS trail system. Fairy Falls and natural springs can be seen on the Wahkeena trail.

    Angels Rest Trail 1 hour

    This classic hike is best known for being a good workout that rewards with a spectacular view of Portland. 4.8 miles round trip to the lookout.

    Multnomah Falls 1 hour

    The signature falls of the “waterfall corridor”, Multnomah Falls drops 620 feet. The historic landmark lodge was completed in 1925 and features a USFS visitor center, gift shop, snack bar, dining room and washrooms. The trail to the top of the falls takes you across the historic Benson Bridge and connects to the USFS trail system. Your ticket on the Waterfall Trolley includes access to Multnomah Falls, which starting on July 20, requires a reservation that is included in your purchase.

    Stop 10 minutes

    The signature falls of the “waterfall corridor”, Multnomah Falls drops 620 feet.     Horsetail Falls- Columbia River Gorge 10 minutes

    This waterfall is 176 feet high and is adjacent to the trailhead to Ponytail Falls. A unique hike that must be experienced for its views as well as the geologic formation that takes the trail behind the falls.

    Ainsworth State Park 1 minute

    The only overnight campground along the waterfall corridor. Our turnaround is just beyond Ainsworth State Park and provides great views of Beacon Rock, a volcanic formation over 600 feet tall.

  • Starting August 17th the departure point is at 34309 NE Mershon Road
