You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of sushi rolling. Under the talented chef’s guidance, you’ll create two types of sushi: California rolls with rice, cucumber, surimi, avocado, and nori, and Vegetable Rolls with rice, cream cheese, avocado, cucumber, and nori.
