   The Cascate del Mulino are world-famous natural hot springs located in Saturnia, Tuscany. They are known for their turquoise waters and tiered limestone pools created by calcium deposits over centuries. Thermal Water: Constant temperature of 37.5°C (99.5°F), perfect even in winter. Healing Properties: Rich in sulfur and minerals, beneficial for skin and breathing. The Mill: Named after the ancient stone mill sitting next to the falls. A small café with restrooms and showers is nearby.

   Manciano 1 hour

   Manciano is the hilltop town that serves as the administrative center for the Cascate del Mulino and the village of Saturnia. Known as the "Spy of the Maremma," it offers an incredible 360-degree view that stretches from the mountains to the sea.

   Montemerano is a 12th-century medieval village often cited as one of the most beautiful in Italy (I Borghi più belli d'Italia). Perched on a hill just 6 km from Manciano and the Saturnia Hot Springs, it is famous for its distinctive heart-shaped layout when viewed from above
