Our tour begins at MacMillan Pier, next to the parking lot. You’ll see a wooden boardwalk leading onto the pier. To get started, stand so you’re facing directly away from the pier. You’ll see a grey wooden house on the other side of the street. Begin crossing towards it. * Note: The tour is over 1.3 miles long, with more than 20+ audio stories, and takes about 1-2 hours to complete. New, Lifetime access, no expiry. In service from 1875 until 2009, the Pharmacy was the oldest business operating in the same Provincetown location. With twirling stools and a soda fountain, this joint didn’t just dole out prescriptions -- it was also a popular hangout spot. Allegedly, the pharmacy’s most famous customer was playwright Tenneesee Williams. If you’ve heard of “A Streetcar Named Desire”, you’re heard of Tenneesee Williams.
