- 1Lower Geyser Basin
0.5-mile boardwalk of mud pots, fumaroles, hot springs, and small geysers.
- 2Midway Geyser Basin
Boardwalk views; optional 0.6-mile overlook trail for the classic aerial color burst.
- 3Old Faithful
Timed eruption viewing, plus nearby features like Castle & Beehive Geysers; visitor center stop.
- 4Black Sand Basin
Quieter loop featuring Emerald Spring and the namesake Black Sand Pool.
- 5Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone
Artist Point for the iconic Lower Falls; additional stop at Upper Falls viewpoint.
- 6Hayden Valley
Classic wildlife corridor—keep eyes out for bison, elk, bear, and raptors.
- 7Yellowstone Geysers - Mud Volcano Area
