Itinerary
- 1Stop
We well meet in front of the local bike shop (parking lot) to get the bike(s) ready and make any adjustment needed. Also some tips about safety and our tour that is about to start. If you forget anything you might be able to purchase at the shop.
- 2Stop
As we head to the trail we are going to ride through the beautiful UC San Diego Campus. From there we have access to the bike path that takes us to the entrance of the Rancho Penasquito trail.
- 3Los Penasquitos Canyon Preserve
Now the real fun begins! As we cross the little gate of the trailhead we are immersed into this natural reserve filled with trees, waterfalls and wildlife. Enjoy every pedal stroke! We might see a coyote!
- 4Los Penasquitos Canyon Preserve
The Waterfall is our final destination and you can spend couple minutes taking pictures, and admiring the quiet and beautiful environment. Cheers!
