Departure Point: Philadelphia Marriott Downtown near Reading Terminal Market. Departure Time: 8pm Suggested boarding time: 7:30pm. 'Philly by Night' is not 'hop-on hop-off". Passengers will have the opportunity to climb the famous Rocky Steps at the entrance to the Museum of Art and to take pictures of the city's nighttime skyline.
