Big Island abalone farm is the largest abalone aquaculture farm in the US. We raise “ezo”, japanese premium abalone. Our farm sustainably raise premium shellfish. You can learn the background story for abalone, how abalone are reproduced. And also you can touch to live abalone or other sea creatures. Additionally you can taste abalone during the tour.
