Discover the tranquility of nature and your soul while practicing yoga on a stand-up paddleboard in this unique 90-minute session. Set against a stunning backdrop, this experience allows you to connect with the water and wildlife, with manatees and dolphins often making special appearances. Participants will receive high-quality gear and some paddle instruction, ensuring a smooth transition to your yoga spot. The only prerequisites are a positive attitude and the ability to swim and stand up without support.

Meet at the start point (no pickup)
We will meet at the pinned boat ramp off the Dunlawton Bridge. There is parking available near the ramp. Alternate locations can be utilized due to weather, or if you prefer a different location. Have boards, will travel ;)
What's included
- Photos- We will take pictures of your experience :)
- Instruction & Guide for both paddleboarding and yoga
- We provide all the gear needed for class, high quality paddleboards, paddles, leashes, PFD's and anchors. You will be able to store your keys(or whatever is needed) in Ignite Om's vehicle if needed.

- Service animals allowed
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Not recommended for non-swimmers
- Not recommended for people who cannot stand up from sitting on the ground without grabbing something to help them up.
- Not recommended for people who get seasick
