Don’t just eat at ramen shops while you’re in Tokyo–why not learn how to make an authentic bowl of ramen at home? Make the noodles from scratch, prepare a rich broth, and learn how to cook the chashu pork for Jiro-style ramen. In Akihabara, discover Japanese seasonings and foods at a local grocery store.
• Practice cooking in a conveniently-located studio in central Tokyo

If you let us know more than 48 hours in advance, we can change the chashu from pork to chicken.
The transportation from Suehirocho Station to the studio is not included in the tour. Please use your own Suica or other IC card when taking the train. If you don’t have one, the guide will help you buy a ticket.
